educational leadership and management. This experience included 12 years working for an Australian, ASX listed, global education provider and RTO as part of the senior leadership team. During this time, Kate’s role included coordinating and leading the delivery and contract management of employment-focused training programs funded by the Commonwealth Dept of Education and Training, and the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations.
Having lived, worked and recruited on the Beaches, Kate has an acute awareness of the specific challenges faced by companies on the Northern Beaches when trying to secure quality candidates, but as a solution focused consultant, she also has the knowledge and experience to proactively explore new avenues and find amazing candidates.
One of Kate’s primary focuses throughout her management career was to build competent, capable and engaged teams, and create a positive work environment which allows all employees to achieve their full potential. She brings this same focus to her role at Optimal Workforce and enjoys working closely with both candidates and clients to ensure that the right candidates are placed in the right business, at the right time.
